Upload clear photos or videos of the product defects or damages as part of your request to help our team verify the claim quickly.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original boxes and our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
